I am a faith based Christ-centered trauma and mental health coach. I worked for many years as a licensed therapist specializing in trauma both in private practice and addiction and trauma treatment facilities. I have transitioned to a shifted focus on healing, restoration and transformation through identity work, biblical principles and my professional training leading to greater intimacy with Jesus and ultimately your true purpose and God given design and destiny.
