I am a faith based Christ-centered trauma and mental health coach. I worked for many years as a licensed therapist specializing in trauma in private practice and also in addiction and trauma treatment facilities. I have transitioned to a shifted focus on healing, restoration and transformation utilizing my professional training, identity work and biblical principles leading to greater intimacy with Jesus and ultimately your true purpose and God given design and destiny.
